This document records changes to the governance architecture of the Agile AI ecosystem.
It serves as the official record of:
- governance decisions
- architectural changes
- institutional shifts
- system-level updates
All governance changes must be recorded to ensure traceability, transparency, and continuity.

3. Governance Rules¶

- Historical entries must remain unchanged
- Each entry must include date, status, and decision summary
- Governance log acts as the institutional source of truth for system evolution
4. Governance Integrity¶

- Entries must follow the established format
- No deletion of historical governance records is permitted
- Changes must align with Design Authority governance
